Payment of State Fee
A state fee must be paid for consular services. The state fee can be paid in euros at the Embassy with a bank card or by transfer to any of the following accounts of the Ministry of Finance in Estonia:

- NB! The reference number is mandatory when making a payment to the account of the Ministry of Finance.
Attention! When applying for an Estonian passport and/or identity card, residence permit or residence permit card, the state fee must be paid in accordance with the instructions on the website of the Police and Border Guard Board.
